David has 20 years of sales and business management expertise in the sector; managing the UK Transport, Retail and Technical support teams for Symbol Technologies (now Motorola), then as Board Director of Jade Communications, before becoming instrumental in the growth of HSM; originally employed as EMEA Channel Director, David now holds the post of Vice President for Europe, Middle East Africa and Russia.

Merrick has been working in the IT industry for 20 years, the last 13 in the AIDC market. He has held numerous roles during his career; working with a wide range of partners to build, develop and explore new channels and business. Merrick joined Honeywell in 2010 and is focused on continuing to drive Honeywell’s growth within its partner community.

Scott Anderson

Scott N. Anderson joined Intermec Technologies as Vice President of Global Channels in November 2009. Scott is a 28 year veteran of Hewlett-Packard where he held leadership roles across several HP divisions. Most recently, Scott held the position of Vice President of Hewlett-Packard’s Imaging and Printing Channels Channel Sales organization for the US where he was responsible for HP’s go-to-market strategy and overall revenue attainment through their Channels organization. Prior to this role Scott was the Director of Operations for Hewlett Packard’s Americas Channels. In this role he was responsible for all of HP’s back-end Channels processes, reporting and communication.

Scott attained his Bachelor of Science in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.

 

Mel Taylor

Mel Taylor joined Intermec in January 2010 to lead the Company’s EMEA Channel Strategy. Since joining he has strengthened the company’s portfolio of Authorised Distributors and enabled the transition from a direct to a Channel focused business.

He has a wealth of experience in Channels and Business development spanning sales and marketing roles, having previously held senior leadership roles in several technology organisations including Pandigital as Vice President Sales Europe, ViewSonic Europe as Vice President Sales & Marketing, Fujitsu Siemens Computers as Business Development & Marketing Director, and StorageTek as European Business Development & Marketing Director.

 

Benjamin Semeriva

Benjamin Semeriva joined Intermec in January 2008. He has transitioned from Distribution Management for France to covering Southern and Central Europe, reporting to the EMEA Channel Director – Mel Taylor. Since joining he has worked to facilitate and increase Intermec’s business through Distribution.

In his career to date Benjamin has developed solid sales experience across both direct and indirect sales routes to market at Companies including Xerox and Atos Origin, where he built his experience and achieved a proven track record of success.

 

Chris Ranger

Chris Ranger is responsible for driving the Intermec Services business across EMEA with core focus on growing service and support offerings, service presence in remote locations, service consistency across EMEA and Intermec Service Partner strategies.

Ranger comes to Intermec with more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the high-technology industry having held senior services positions at companies including Stratus Technologies, Siemens and Colt Telecom. Most recently he was Head of Services Sales for EMEA at Motorola Enterprise Mobility Solutions (formerly Symbol Technologies).

Manuel Torres

Manuel Torres is Corporate Vice President & General Manager, Motorola Solutions, for Europe Middle East and Africa. He has overall responsibility Motorola Solutions business across EMEA.

In his current role Manuel is leading in EMEA the newly formed Motorola Solutions organization which comprises all the channel business for enterprise, radio and broadband products as well as the radio systems business across the region.

 

Gary Aitkenhead

Gary Aitkenhead is Vice President and General Manager for Motorola Solutions EMEA services business that covers sales, business and operations with 1000+ team across 45 countries. Gary also recently added to his responsibility the newly created Global Support Line of Business for Motorola Solutions, tasked with developing the strategy to harmonise processes and grow this business globally. Gary has been with Motorola for 20 years, holding a range of functional responsibilities and working internationally, with both EMEA and global roles during that time.

 

Marco Landi

Marco Landi is Motorola Solutions’ Vice President , Channels for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Marco’s main focus in this role is to drive the indirect sales of Motorola Solutions across the the different technologies of radios, wireless infrastructure and Enterprise products.

Prior to this, Marco was Vice President and General Manager of Motorola’s Enterprise Mobility business (EMb) in EMEA. In this role he oversaw EMb’s business operations and spearheaded the development of sales processes and capabilities in the region. Marco has over twenty years experience of working in senior sales and marketing roles in international companies. He joined Symbol as its senior director of business development for vertical markets.

 

Vivienne Francis

Vivienne Francis is Distribution Director, Motorola Solutions Limited, Enterprise Mobility Solutions (EMS) EMEA. Viv’s main focus in this role is the development of the 2-Tier indirect sales channel, focusing on sales of Mobile Computing, Data Capture and RFID. She is also responsible for the development of Motorola’s distribution channel programs and initiatives. One of the initiatives for which Viv has responsibility is “volume vs.value”, a programme which aims to deliver growth within the enterprise and small & medium partner communities in emerging markets.

Viv has many years experience of Senior Channel Sales roles in international companies. She became part of the EMS team following Motorola’s acquisition of Symbol Technologies in 2006.

Promoted to Country Manager France in 2002 and then Region Director including the Benelux. Iberia was added to the region in 2009. In the VP role since January 2011.

Previously, Rudi has held positions as Finance & Admin Manager LXE International (EMEA and APAC), Finance & Admin Manager in the Cement and Ready Mixed Concrete Industry. Rudi holds a Master in Finance and Business Administration.

Rod Rodericks has been the Vice President and Managing Director EMEA at Zebra Technologies since April 2003. Based in Bourne End in the UK, Rod was recruited to expand the company across EMEA. Since then, he has expanded Zebra’s presence into 9 new regions for sales activities and has achieved company growth of over 20%.

Rod continues to provide strategic leadership in leading his team in expanding and identifying new European markets to ensure that product offerings meet customer requirements across the vertical sectors.

 

Davide Guerra

Davide Guerra is a veteran in the industry with over 20 years of experience and has been with Zebra Technologies since 2000. Based in Bourne End in the UK, Davide is currently Director, EMEA Sales where his primary focus is to manage and support field based sales teams across EMEA, namely Europe, Middle East and Africa. This is a vital role for the company and Davide’s experience will be focused on incremental sales and take share strategies, both in existing and new markets, leveraging Zebra presence in core countries and emerging economies.
