Guest rooms are booked for two nights – 24th & 25th October on a bed and breakfast basis.
Rooms will be paid for by the master account. On check-in you will need to supply a credit card for any incidental charges.
The conference will start at 16.00 on Monday 24th - registration will be open from 15.00.
You will be able to check in to the hotel from 14.00. If you arrive before this time, the hotel will do all that they can to check you in. Please understand that it might not be possible, so we ask for your understanding. The hotel will store your bags until a room is allocated for you.
The conference will finish on the evening of 25th October with the Facing the Future exclusive off-site dinner in one of Brussels top locations. Hotel rooms at the Dolce are booked for everyone that evening, meaning attendees will have to vacate their rooms on the morning of the 26th. If you would like to extend your stay further, please contact the ScanSource events team.
Dress Code
The conference is business casual – no suits: the most important thing is the networking. Denim and t-shirts are not acceptable during the business sessions and the dress code for dinner is smart casual.
Agenda
On Tuesday 25th, the exhibition area will be open all day for vendor demonstrations and networking. During this time you will be able to customise your agenda to meet individually with vendor executives. Note that the timings of your breakout sessions will be chosen for you based on the timings of the executive meetings you select. There will be three presentations to the complete group of attendees.
